Gradient Variable Trend Gridding

Standard gridding methods are poor at "connecting the dots" when interpolating between lines. Linear trends may appear as boudinage or, worse, a series of short parallel features trending perpendicular to the line direction. GVT Gridding utilizes the horizontal gradient vector to determine the local trend of the data and ensures that these trends are honoured. This results in a much more realistic looking grid with better continuity between lines.
